FAQ
How can I set a daily Quran listening routine with Yasmina?
Open the Yasmina or Yango Play app, go to Routines or Automation, choose Add routine, set a time, then add an action like Play Quran from Yango Play on Yasmina.
Can I schedule Quran to play at Fajr or Maghrib time?
Yes. Create a routine and choose prayer time as the trigger if available, or set a fixed time that matches your local Fajr or Maghrib time as an estimate.
How do I choose a specific reciter for the routine?
In the routine action, select Play Quran, then pick a reciter or playlist. You can also say a voice command like Play Quran by [reciter name] to save as an example action.
Can I limit how long the Quran plays each day?
Yes. Add a Stop audio or Turn off speaker action after a set delay, for example after 30 minutes. This keeps the session short and controlled.
Can I have different Quran routines for different rooms?
Yes. Create separate routines for each Yasmina device. In each routine, choose the specific speaker, like living room or kids room, as the target.
How do I make a kids bedtime Quran routine?
Create a routine at a set bedtime, choose the kids room speaker, add Play soft Quran recitation, then add lower volume and optional white noise after as an example.
Can I control the volume of the scheduled Quran sessions?
Yes. In the routine, add a Set volume action before Play Quran. Choose a gentle level, for example 20–40 percent, so it is calm and not too loud.
What if the Quran does not start at the scheduled time?
Check Wi‑Fi, power, and that the speaker is linked in the app. Confirm the routine is enabled and the time zone is correct. Test by running the routine manually once.
